By accessing or playing any game, software, or service developed by MonkeyDonkeyGame (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including the VR game Monkeys, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our products or services.

1. Eligibility

You must follow all applicable laws and platform rules when using our games. If you are under the age required by your local laws or the platform you are using (such as Meta Quest or Google Play), you may only use our services with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Use of Our Games and Services

you agree to use our games and services in a fair, respectful, and lawful manner. When playing Monkeys or any other MonkeyDonkeyGame product, you agree that you will not: Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software, scripts, or third-party tools Harass, threaten, abuse, or otherwise harm other players or community members Bypass, evade, or attempt to circumvent bans, restrictions, or moderation systems Hack, reverse engineer, interfere with, or damage the game, its servers, or related services Use the game or its services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose Failure to comply with these rules may result in enforcement actions, including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account bans, at our sole discretion. 

3. Accounts and Online Features

Some features require online services, including PlayFab, which we use for:

• Multiplayer functionality
  
  

• Moderation
  
  

• Granting or removing in-game items
  
  

You are responsible for keeping your account information secure. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.

4. Voice Chat and Audio

Our games may include voice chat and audio-based features. By using these features, you agree to communicate respectfully.

We reserve the right to moderate voice chat and take action against users who abuse voice communication, including harassment or inappropriate behavior.

5. Virtual Items and Progress

In-game items, cosmetics, progression, or rewards:

• Have no real-world monetary value
  
  

• Cannot be sold, traded, or transferred outside the game
  
  

• May be modified, reset, or removed at any time
  
  

We reserve the right to adjust game balance, items, or progression as needed.

6. Bans and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

This may occur if a user violates these Terms, platform rules, or behaves in a way that harms the game or its community. Decisions regarding moderation are final.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in our games, including but not limited to: Code, Game mechanics, Characters, Visuals, Audio, Logos, and branding are the property of MonkeyDonkeyGame or its licensors. 

You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without permission. 

8. Disclaimers

Our games and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that:

• The game will always be available or error-free
  
  

• Online services will always function without interruption
  
  

We are not responsible for:

• Data loss
  
  

• Service interruptions
  
  

• Technical issues caused by third-party platforms or services
  
  

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonkeyDonkeyGame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our games or services.
